West Bengal is in the eastern part of the country and fourth most populous state in India. West Bengal was divided into 23 districts. The District Nadia is one of them and being one of the southern districts of West Bengal. The district is situated in the heart of the Bengal delta held within the arms of the Ganga. Chakdaha is a city and a municipality in Kalyani subdivision of Nadia district in the state of West Bengal, India. According to the census of India 1,33,000 population are residing under the locality Chakdah.

Bharati cinema hall at Chakdah is a prominent location where this cinema hall exists since last 50 years at the junction of 40' wide Chakdaha ' Bonogram road. But to keep this property and facility in line to the prevailing socio-economic demand M/s. Avaneesh Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. has ventured into implementing a state of the art Retail cum Entertainment centre on this property. Chakdaha is a prominent urban local body in the district of Nadia in West Bengal with vigorous trading activities in the field of vegetable, commodities and clothing materials. "Singher Haat", the second largest vegetables market in the state is situated at a distance of one km only from this project location The project site is being strategically located at a distance of 65 kms from Kolkata. The proposed site lies very close to the Chakdaha bus terminus which mainly connects with Chakdaha - Bongaon road and NH-34. It has bus connectivity mainly with Bangaon along with Barasat, Ranaghat, Tehatta, Aishmali, Nimtala and other parts of Nadia and 24 pgs(N) district. The Chakdaha railway station also lies at close proximity to the proposed development which connects to the Sealdah railway station through the Sealdah - Ranaghat line.

The available land for the proposed development is on plain land where the existing age old 'Bharati Cinema Hall' stands. We have planned to develop this into a retail cum entertainment hub with a food court and multiplex. In view of the same, we have calculated the available area for development and have prepared a tentative area statement considering the existing bye-laws for the locality.
